S.P.A.R.K. Training

The S.P.A.R.K. Training focuses on the five pillars of human desire that drive motivation, and the identified personality partners we all possess that exist within each one of these pillars.

 

Our training aims to provide a safe and supported space for established leaders to come together for self-reflection, growth, and constructive conversation. Topics will focus on best and current leadership practices as we move through the foundations of the S.P.A.R.K. Method.

 

Individually and as a collective, the objective is to sharpen the skills necessary to advance professionally through developing soft skills, negotiation techniques, and honing in on management styles.

Course Syllabus

Program Structure

  • Each trainee must complete 22 hours of virtual or in-person training.

    • Training schedules span over 3-12 months.

  • Upon completion of the program, the attendee will be awarded the 'S.P.A.R.K.Method - Leadership Foundations' credential with a certificate of completion.

    • *Trainees must complete all course material ​including two written assessments per module and one verbal assessment to receive their certificate.

Training costs begin at $1,895.00 per trainee.
